Education: 

In 1965 graduated from Kirovograd Civil Aviation High Flight School, Department of Aeronavigation. 

In 1972 graduated from Aviation College of Civil Aviation, Leningrad. 

In 1976 graduated from postgraduate school of Civil Aviation Academy, Leningrad.

In 1984 completed the training courses for foreign representatives at Civil Aviation Academy, Leningrad.

In 2000 completed ICAO courses on PAN-OPS at the University of Oklahoma, USA.

Teaching activity: 

From 1987 to present – Assistant, Senior Lecturer, also the Professor of Aeronavigation Department at St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. Courses taught: aeronavigational flight operations, preparation to international flights.

Other Activities: 

From 1964 to 2000 – air navigator, air navigator of air squadron, main air navigaror of Civil Aviation Academy.

At present – the Head of Technology and Rules Development Department of Industrial Activity Management Department OAO “Airline ‘Russia’ “.
