In 1996 graduated from the Faculty of International Law of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).

Since 1997 Victor constantly represents the interests of airlines, lessors and others in numerous aviation projects such as “Aviacapital-Service”, “KrasAir”, “AiRUnion”, “Sky Express”, “S7”, “Armavia”, “UralAirlines”, “Nordavia”, “Donavia”, “Red Wings”, “Aeroflot Cargo”, “Rossiya Airlines”, “Helicopter Service Company”, “Ilyushin Finance Co”, “RusLine”, “Avianova”, “VTB-Leasing”, “NordStar Airlines”, “Cobaltair”, “Cambodia Bayon Airlines”, “Royal Flight Airlines”, “IFLY” and “Pobeda Airlines”. He also worked for Sukhoi Civil Aircraft , Irkut Corporation, UAC and companies from the Aeroflot Group.

In 1998 participated in organization of the first financing in the history of Russian aviation for acquiring new Boeing 737-400 under safeguards of Eximbank of the USA for Aeroflot (worked for the firm, which represented the interests of Eximbank of the USA). In 2003 he occupied with the leasing structuring of the foreign aircraft, imported for the first time to Russia with all custom clearance charges (worked for the firm, represented the interests of the airline).

In the last 20 years Viktor represented the interests of many Russian airlines in more than 100 operating leasing transactions; as a result he received an invaluable experience in working against the majority of international leasing companies.

He also represented the interests of the leasing companies as he organized the financing of nearly 50 aircraft for different Russian airlines and private individuals using the financial leasing.

The important role in his practice plays the purchasing of aircraft for civil and business aviation. In particular he worked on the acquiring transactions of aircraft type “Super Jet 100”, “IL-96”, “TU-204”, “MS-21”, “Airbus”, “Boeing”, “ATR-42” and “Q-400” and also Bell, Agusta, Cessna, Dassault, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, Boeing, Airbus and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft business jets and helicopters.

He has an experience in representing the interests of the state-controlled companies, including “Aviacapital-Service”, Aeroflot Group Airlines, “VTB-Leasing”, “VEB-Leasing”, “Rosatom”, “RusGidro”, “Ilyushin Finance Co”, “Sukhoi Civil Aircraft”, “Irkut” and UAC.

Victor participated in transactions of acquiring of nearly 500 local and foreign civil, cargo and private aircraft amounting to more than $10 bln.

Several times he took the position of the top lawyer in the rating in aviation sphere, which is made by English edition Chambers Europe. He held different posts in international law companies.

From December, 1994 to December, 1995 – Paralegal at Law firm Femida Inter.

From February, 1996 to June, 1997 – Corporate Lawyer at Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) Russia.

From July, 1997 to February, 2002 – Associate at Watson, Farley&Williams.

From March, 2002 to May, 2005 – Senior Assosiate at DLA Piper.

From May, 2005 to September, 2012 – International Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, the Head of aviation group of Moscow office.

From September, 2012 to present time – Independent Legal Counsel.
