Education: 

In 1994 graduated from the Mechanic Mathematic Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in the specialty “Applied Mathematics”.

In 1997 graduated from the postgraduate school of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

From 1995 to 1997 – studied at the High School of Economics, the Department “State Administration” 

In 2000 completed the postgraduate courses “Banking and Finance” at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2010 graduated from the Russian Academy of Civil Service, MBA, in the specialty “Anti-Crisis Management”.

Other Activities: 

From May 1997 to August 2006 – leading specialist – the Head of the Corporate Management and New Economics Department at the Russian Ministry of Economics (and then at the Ministry of Economic Development).

From August 2006 to November 2007 – dealt with Regional Economics, development of Electronic Government and Administrative Reform at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2007 to February 2011 – the Head of Transport and Communication Department of the Tver Region (Tver).

From February to June 2011 – Governor Adviser on Administrative Reform, Transport, Roads and Communications at the Governor Department of the Tver Region.

From June 2011 – Vice-President on development of the National Institute of System Studies of Entrepreneurship (NISSE)

Has awards from the Russian Government, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Emergency Ministry, the Tver Region Governor, the public organizations.
