Actual problems of modern development of the civil, international maritime and transport law

On April 16-17, 2015 at the Law faculty of the Hetman Petro Konashevych-Sagaydachniy Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport (Kiev, Frunze Str., 9) will be held V International scientific and practical Conference "Actual problems of development of modern civil, international maritime and transport law."

Research topics of the Conference included discussions of such issues as:
Section 1. Actual problems of international maritime and transport law.
Section 2. Theoretical and historical aspects of the origin, formation and prospects of development of transport law.
Section 3. Actual problems of modern civil law.
Section 4. Actual problems of the criminal and administrative responsibility for violations in transport.
Section 5. International cooperation and integration in the field of education, the development of research and innovation in education.
Section 6. International cooperation and integration in the field of medical education in the field of medical law, the development of research and innovation.

The abstracts - up to 3, reports - up to 8 pages of A-4 format; font Tіmes New Roman, font size - 14, style - normal (Normal), line spacing - 1,5; all margins - 2 cm, paragraph indent - 1cm.
In the right corner of the surname, name of the author (in full), below - name of the organization without abbreviations and the city (on the same line), below, at an interval in the middle - the name (in capital letters, bold 14th print), below, after an interval, the text is printed.
If the text contains references to the literature (in square brackets), you should give it to the list at the end of the text.
