Current problems of international air law

Department of international law at People's Friendship University of Russia invites scholars, practitioners, graduate students to participate in the round table "Current problems of international air law", which will take place on December 7, 2015 at the Russian Peoples' Friendship University. At the event by leading legal scholars in international law from various universities in the country, representatives of Russian and international organizations, accredited in Moscow, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation and others.

In the process, it will address the following questions:
- The international legal analysis of the situation surrounding the destruction of the Malaysian Boeing 777 over Ukraine July 17, 2014
- Prospects of accession of the Russian Federation to the Montreal Convention 1999
- Activities of the ICAO investigate the destruction of the South Korean Boeing 747 over Sakhalin September 1, 1983
- Prospects for the liberalization of international legal regulation of international air services on the territory of the EAEC.
- The Russian air legislation and international law.
