The inaugural McGill Intramural Air Law Speed Moot Court Competition took place at the McGill Faculty of Law on 23 March 2018. The first rendition of the McGill Air Law Speed Moot was the soft launch of a new sponsored competition that will formally begin in 2019.

On April 25, 2017, the Institute of Air and Space Law of AEROHELP was issued Certificate No. 29 on accreditation by the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). The annex to the Certificate is the List of additional professional programs in the areas of training (a total of 24 programs), the implementation of which is expected in partnership with the IAC.

We are very happy to let you know that, the Sarin Memorial Legal Aid Foundation from India and the International Institute of Air and Space Law of Leiden University in the Netherlands join forces with the Maltese Ministry of Tourism and the University of Malta, with the purpose of organising the eight edition of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition.

At December 20, 2016 Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP Oleg Aksamentov spent overview lecture on Air Law for 3 and 4 courses students of the Institute of Law, Economics and Management of Sakhalin State University. Excellent level of training of young specialists in the field of jurisprudence allowed for the lecturer easily to find a common language with the audience and fruitfully spend allocated to communicate for two academic hours.

November 20, 2015 on the invitation of Dr. Moh'd Makame Haji, the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Sharia at Zanzibar University (Zanzibar, Tanzania), director of the Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP Oleg Aksamentov held a public lecture on Actual issues of international air law. The lecture was attended by students and teachers of the Zanzibar University.

On January, 24th, 2016 the course International Aviation Financing and Leasing Law starts at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), School of Law, Master in Air and Space Law (LL.M.) program. In the whole world it is the only full Semester course covering this significant area of aviation law which is offered by a leading academic institution.
