The place of ICAO SARPS in the system of Russian Air Law

On February 5, 2015 in the hall of the Academic Council of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation will be held training and methodical seminar on air law. The keynote report on the topic "Place of ICAO standards and recommended practices (SARPS) in the system of  air law of the Russian Federation", the Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP Oleg Aksamentov.
Among participants: staff members of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation (as agreed), representatives of the legal community, legal services and airport operators, students.
