In 1998 he graduated from the Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). Master of Laws.

In 2000 he defended his thesis at the Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic). Doctor of Laws (JUDr.).

In 2001 he graduated from the Institute of Air and Space Law at McGill University (Montreal, Canada). Master of Laws (LL.M).

OTHER ACTIVITIES: 

In 1999 he served as a Lawyer at the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.

From 2001 to 2005 he was a Junior Lawyer in the law firm Kocian Solc Balastik.

From 2005 to 2012 he was a Junior Partner in the law firm Kocian Solc Balastik.

From 2013 he is a Partner at the law firm Kocian Solc Balastik.

Advises leading airlines, airport operators and air navigation service providers.

In 2004, 5 months traineeship at the Aviation Directorate of the European Commission.

Board Member of the European Air Law Association (EALA).

Co-chairman of the Prague branch of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association.
