From 2003 to present – she maintains a position as an academic speaker in aviation/airport business law and policy in Paris-La Sorbonne, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence Universities, as well as for the Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organization (JAA TO) in Amsterdam.
From 2002 to 2007 she was a head of the legal department at the French Airport association.
From 2007 to 2017 she was a head of the legal department at VINCI Airports. Working for a worldwide major player of airport concession has brought Mrs Lelieur a large knowledge of strategic issues and challenges of airport investors, operators and their partners. She provided legal assistance related to airport concession contracts and airport operations, mainly in Europe and in Asia.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, she started in 2017 her own practice and then joined, as a Partner, in 2018 Chevrier Avocats law firm, a French law firm specialized in aviation. She represents and advices mainly airlines, airports, insurers, regulators and service providers, in France and worldwide, in business aviation law and policy. In particular, she deals with legal risk management, as well as contractual (PPP & private contracts), regulatory, competition and liability issues.
Currently, she is involved in the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP).
She is a member of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS) and the McGill Institute of Air & Space Law Alumni Association (IASL).
