NPAС "Economics and advanced technology" invites you to take part in the seminar - meeting on "Organization providing service of passenger, baggage, mail and cargo (including dangerous) in airports of Russia".

The event is held under the auspices of the Federal Air Transport Agency. Venue - the city of Anapa.

The program of Seminar - meeting devoted to the preparation for the ICAO Universal testing under the Audit Programme for the provision of security of the Russian Federation flights in 2014.

The seminar - meeting will be attended by representatives of aviation authorities, leading experts and heads of inter- territorial administrations, experts in cargo and passenger traffic, IATA representatives.

Tema1: Problems and prospects of development of transport special cargo air transport in the Russian Federation.

• International regulatory framework of special transportation of cargo
• The regulatory framework of special transportation of cargoes of the Russian Federation, its comparison with the generally accepted international practice.
• The issue of transportation of special cargo, associated with the imperfection of the normative base of the Russian Federation.
• Proposals for the development of regulations and directions of development of the regulatory framework of special cargo transportation
• Informational, organizational and material support of special cargo transportation in the development and implementation of the regulatory framework of special cargo transportation in Russia.

Theme 2: Customer Service with disabilities and other persons with disabilities. "Accessible Environment" program for 2011-2015 "

Theme 3: Overview of standards ISO 9000. ISO 9001: 2008, ISAGO, IOSA

Theme 4: Round table.

Candidates who pass the exam, receive a certificate of the established sample of the RF Ministry of Transport.
