Increasing the level of professional knowledge in the field of public and private international air law. Attention is paid to the comparative air law of the European Union and the United States, air law of the Russian Federation and the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The course is taught in English. Will be consecutive translation into Russian.

- Warsaw Convention 1929 / Montreal Convention 1999 on air carrier's liability towards passengers and shippers;
- Rome Convention 1952 on liability for surface damage;
- Aircraft finance: Geneva Convention 1948 and Cape Town Convention 2001;
- Non-conventional forms of liability: product liability, ATC liability, aircraft collisions, Government liability.
- Safety, security and economic regulation;
- National legislation;
- Bilateral air transport / services agreements;
- IATA;
- US law pre and post deregulation;
- US antitrust law;
- EU liberalization of air transport, EU competition (and consumer) law.
