International Air Law Moot Court

The Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP is happy to announce the Second edition of the International Air Law Student Moot Court, which will be held in Sharjah from 21 to 23 October 2024. This year, the competition is organized in collaboration with the College of Law at University of Sharjah, which has kindly agreed to provide the necessary halls and auditoriums for the planned events. During the first two days, on 21-22 October, teams will compete in Preliminary Rounds, while the Semi-final Rounds and Final Round of the International Air Law Student Moot Court will be held on 23 October. The Air Law Moot Court is a unique opportunity for international law students to experience both the Applicant and Respondent sides of a litigation, from preparing their arguments in written Memorials to presenting their case orally in front of a panel of respected judges, competing in oratory against the opposing team. Without a doubt, networking through competition will allow student teams members to broaden their horizons and establish contacts around the world.

We invite interested Universities from different countries to send a team to participate in the competition!
