Marketing strategy of sales and management airline’s resource

From 28 to 30 September 2016 on the basis of AEROHELP Institute in St. Petersburg hosted a successful debut - on training program "Marketing strategy of sales and management airline's resource". The course was conducted by an expert in the field of revenue management of commercial operator Kristina Mozgovaya and by an expert in marketing of aviation operations Gregory Pomerantsev.

Understanding and interpretation of customer needs. Increasing the level of professional knowledge in the field of effective marketing and sales strategies, organization and conduction of all the discounts (including in conjunction with airline revenue management models), including both traditional marketing resources and online resources of aviation commerce. The course is taught in Russian or English languages.

Trainees were employees of the International Airport Orenburg and Omsk Airport, as well as professors of the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
