    Learning objectives: 

    Increasing the level of professional knowledge of students in the field of mediation, resolution and settlement of commercial disputes. In the learning process, the rules of communication, the rules for effective work with information, and communication barriers are considered. The concept of emotional intellect, the concept and structure of conflict, ways of working with conflict and ways of countering manipulation are considered. In addition, the styles of negotiation, the rules for preparing for negotiations are considered, such a method of dispute resolution as mediation is considered and analyzed. Theoretical material is combined with practical exercises on negotiation and conflict resolution. Educational mediations are being held.
