Institute of air and space law AEROHELP
Dec. 18, 2015 in the Academic Council Hall of Ulyanovsk Higher Civil Aviation School (Institute) (UVAU GA) was held a meeting (pannel discussion) on the development of the legal environment of aviation regions and air transport industry. During the meeting was reported on "The normative legal acts on safety in turbulence in international relations" by an Assistant professor of Flight operations and safety Department of UVAU GA Ph.D. Alexey Iglin and on "Legal capacity controls of the aircraft," by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Ulyanovsk State University, Doctor of Law Sergey Morozov.
In the discussion on pannel discussion also participated Vice Principal for Academics and Research at UVAU GA Sergey Kosachevsky, the Head of the Research Department at UVAU GA Leonid Fedotov, a chairman of the Board of the Center for Development of Civil Aviation Igor Knyazev, an Associate Professor of International law of MSU Alexander Batalov, an Associate Professor of the Economics Department of the St. Petersburg branch of the Higher School of Economics Kriatina Mozgovaya, the Chief editor of the Industrial Agency "AVIAPORT" Oleg Panteleev, a Chairman of the Student Council of UVAU GA Vagan Gevorgyan, a Chairman of the Student Council of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation Mark Belkin, the Head of the Department of Industry Solutions branch of IATA Russia Andrey Bystrov, as well as a foreign guest - Arteres company CEO and co-founder of the aerospace cluster of France, Mr. Jean-François Boisson.
The moderator of the meeting was the Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP Oleg Aksamentov.
