Alexander Makeev

Education: 

In 1989 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation (now the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, SUAI) with a degree in Aviation Instrumentation.

In 2006, he completed training under the ICAO program "TRAINAIR Course Developer".

In 2012 and 2019, he passed training at the aviation training center of the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation (SPbGU GA) under the program "Training of heads and specialists of civil aviation organizations holding positions related to ensuring flight safety."

In 2019, he passed special training at the aviation training center of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation in the direction of "Organization of work in air transport".

In 2014 and 2018, he completed training at the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation under the advanced training program for trainers of aviation training centers for civil aviation.

In 2018, he completed training under the advanced training program "Organization and Technology of Passenger and Cargo Air Carriage on Domestic and International Air Lines".

Teaching activity: 

From 2003 to the present Нead of training courses, lecturer at the Institute of Leading Workers and Industry Specialists at the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.

Awarded with the badge "Excellence in Air Transport" (Order of the First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation of 15.07.2004, №70/л).

From 1989 to 1991 – flight amd research work in the Barnaul Joint Aviation Unit of the West Siberian Civil Aviation Administration on the aircraft An-2 and Yak-40.

From 1995 to 2003 – director of the branch, First Vice-President of the Association of organizations for advanced training and retraining of executives and specialists of civil aviation.

In 1995 and 1996 – internship at Ruzyne Airport (Vaclav Havel Airport Prague) and Ferihegy Airport (Budapest) as a representative of AEROFLOT – Russian Airlines.

Awarded with the anniversary medal "85 years of the West Siberian Interregional Territorial Air Transport Administration of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

Awarded with a commemorative medal "Center for Training and Certification of Aviation Personnel 80 years".
