Proudly we want to present you our new product – Official Journal of the AEROHELP Institute of Air and Space Law. The issuance of such publication has arisen for a long time ago. Firstly, colleagues from the legal and aviation community are regularly interested in conferences, forums, seminars and training courses on different air law issues taking place in Russia and all over the world. And it is appropriate to mention that our Institute itself is the organizer of the annual St. Petersburg Air Law Conference, as well as participant in various events held by partners and colleagues in different countries. For this purpose, the Institute signs Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with leading institutions in different countries in the field of air law, and the geography of such cooperation is constantly growing. We are happy to share information about current thematic events all over the world, both about past and upcoming events.

Secondly, today there are more than 80 Experts of the AEROHELP Institute who are specialists in the field of air and space law from different countries. Without any overstatement, we can say that our experts are the best representatives in their fields of knowledge. Our experts regularly participate in the implementation of educational projects and research which organized by the AEROHELP Institute, and also take an active part in events held by partners in different parts of the world. Therefore, one of the permanent sections presented by the Journal will be the “Expert’s Opinion” column, where experts of the AEROHELP Institute of Air and Space Law will briefly share their thoughts with us about what is happening in the world of aviation.
