Dear friends and colleagues!
We would like to present to you the next issue of the monthly AEROHELP.today journal for the months of November-December 2019.
The end of 2019 was marked by several major events in the field of interest to us, namely, on November 8, 2019, the 31st Annual Conference of the European Air Law Association (EALA) was held in Paris. The EALA Conference is the largest venue in Europe, which brings together experts in various aspects of air law from around the world. The good news was the decision of the EALA Committee to carry out the Conference of 2021 in St. Petersburg.
Among the important events of the end of last year, one should also note the annual seminar on air law, which is traditionally organized by the International Institute of Air and Space Law of the Leiden University and Clyde & Co. The seminar was held in the building of Leiden University on November 14-15, 2019 and left its participants a lot of pleasant impressions.
Traditionally, the issue provides an overview of the air legislation of Russia and the European Union, and this time we offer you a new rubric "Air & Space Law Academic Review".
Read about this and other legal events in aviation in the November-December issue of our journal.
