Strategies of marketing, sales and resource management of airline

10-14 July 2017 there was the advanced training held on Strategies of marketing, sales and resource management of airline and Development of the commercial strategy and organization of air commerce at the airport. The program length is 24 hours, 8 hours a day. The training was conducted by the expert in the field of revenue management of commercial operator Kristina Mozgovaya and the expert in marketing of aviation operations Gregory Pomerantsev.

Learning objectives on the first program are to overview key modern models of sales and marketing strategies, to acquire skills and tools to optimize sales processes in the airline, to understand and to interpret customer needs, to increase the level of professional knowledge in the field of effective marketing and sales strategies, organization and running of all the coupon campaigns (including in conjunction with airline revenue management models), including both traditional marketing resources and online resources of aviation commerce.

Learning objectives on the second program are to increase the level of professional knowledge in the field of airport commercial activities, aviation marketing, development and optimization of the route network (including the introduction of practical examples of the "transfer hub" model development), to maximize aviation revenue of airports.

These both courses complement each other well. Courses language is Russian. 

Course participants were employees of the National aircompany "Uzbekistan Airways". All trainees noticed the high level and the depth of subject knowledge of the experts and the unique form of material presentation.

At the end of the training all members who successfully passed an examination, received Advanced Ttaining Certificates.
