Education: 

In 1996 he graduated from the English Language Department of Minsk State Linguistic University (Moscow State Linguistic University) in the specialty "teacher of English and German languages."

In 1996 he completed the theoretical and practical courses at airline SAS (SCANDINAVIAN AIRLINES) on organization of the service station and passengers flights at the airport of Arkhangelsk (Russia), as well as specialized courses IATA's on international billing in the field of civil aviation (Tariffs Basic, Tariffs Level 1) at the Scandinavian airlines SAS Training Center (Copenhagen).

In 1998 he completed a short-term training at the SAS training center on program "Maintenance of dangerous goods for specialists on loading and plane balance control of the aircraft" (Dangerous Goods for Load Control Staff), "Control of loading and centering of passenger aircraft" (Load Control Passenger Aircraft) "The computerized control of aircraft loading" (PALCO Aircraft Handling).

In 1998 he completed a short-term training in the commercial programs of Mercury International, adapted to the conditions and products of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS Training Center, Copenhagen): "Technology sales" (Selling SAS, the Process), "Cooperation and servicing corporate clients" (Key Account Management in SAS), "Negotiations" (Negotiations at the Edge), "The organization and carrying out of presentations" (Presentations at the Edge).

In 2000 he completed a short-term training program for control service managers on loading and plane balance (Load Control Passenger Aircraft), courses on safety ensuring of flights at the airports of the EU Member States, management courses on operating activities of airlines in crises (Crisis Center Skalbes, Riga, Latvia).

In 2001 he completed the comprehensive training program for managers of airline SAS (Leader Program for SAS International) in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm, including the following courses: "Goals and Strategies", "Product Features", "Management skills in a multicultural environment", " Leadership "," NLP (Neuro-Linguistical programming)", "Mentoring", "Methods of disciplinary action", "Dialogue of professional development" and so forth.

In 2001 he took a short-term training at the training center SAS (Copenhagen) on the Mercury International management program (Airline Business Administration).

In 2001, 2002 and 2004 completed a short-term training and IATA retraining program on communication and interaction with the media in crisis situations for the heads of airlines (IATA Crisis Communications & Crisis Media Training).

In 2002, he completed training and examination program on JAR-OPS 1 (EASA) "Quality system requirements for CEOs and Operetions Directors of airlines" (JAR-OPS 1 Quality System training requirements for Accountable Managers and Nominated Postholders).
